Vanilla Bean & Banana Pancakes
Pancakes made easy - this recipe is a no-fail, blender pancake recipe which is made super quick with the help of our Organic Vanilla Bean Smoothie Blend. Healthy and delicious pancakes in a flash? Who wouldn't say yes!
- Throw first 4 ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
- Melt a small amount of butter or coconut oil in a pan set to medium heat
- Add 1/4 cup of batter mix to pan, cook for about 2 minutes one side or until bubbles form. Then flip over and cook for a further 30 seconds.
- Keep warm in a an oven while all pancakes are made, then serve with fresh berries, maple syrup, coconut or greek yoghurt. Yum!
